Exchanges & Returns

An RMA form is required for all returns/exchanges.
Please contact customer service within 30 days of the purchase date.
• RMA’s will take 14-21 days to process
• The original receipt is required.
• The product must be in new condition (unused).
• Please return with the original box (undamaged) along with the instruction manuals.
• Shipping charges are not subject to credit or refund. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges
