Size matters

I followed the sizing guidelines but the brace received was too small for my ankle. Cheaper one from CVS works better for me.

Sizing…

My order was based on the sizing chart shown online. The sizing is not even close. Now it appears Zamst requires that I pay the shipping fee to return, and then presumably pay a shipping fee to get back the order? But all that’s a guess, I’ve reached out to confirm the processand had no response.

So far satisfaction is zero. I suppose it only fair to give my request one more shot, before dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I bought this to help support ankle with Charcot Syndrome, basically the bones in my left foot are breaking down. I wore it for an hour and a half golf lesson and it provided the support I was looking for. My gold coach immediately commented on the fact that my foot looked more stable, When I finished, I had less swelling than from my lesson the week before. It certainly has my recommendation!
